When is the city going to get serious about not allowing dogs on

Cape May - When is the city going to get serious about not allowing dogs on the mall. Friday after Thanksgiving, hundreds of people all around and rude people with their dogs all over. People having to walk around them and leashes getting caught on legs. It’s ridiculous.
