Stone Harbor - A Stone Harbor resident commented in Spout off that “here in America we have a Democracy” Obviously this writer has been educated in NJ public schools as our Great Country is NOT a Democracy BUT a REPUBLIC , my bet is the writer has no idea what a Republic is and probably votes Democratic regardless of candidates qualifications. The Public Education our tax dollars pay for is doing poor job of educating.
