Cape May - To the moderator.. I live in a retirement community and most of my neighbors spend their days riding around Cape May County taking pictures and posting comments on social media sites. They see most of the crime, accidents and quality of life issues that aren't reported in the newspapers. Not all reporters cost money. These retired educated executives exposing crime, taxpayer fraud and crooked politicians will not do it for the money. They are productive members of society and care about their neighborhoods. Try running an ad for such reporters. I pay $1 for the Herald in the store.
