Sea Isle City - I keep reading “landslide” and “mandate” from spouters who are trying hard to make it look like the vast majority of voters choseTrump. His victory looks like it’ll wind up at about 1.5 pts over Harris. That makes it the 5th smallest of the 32 presidential races since 1900. If you add up all the votes from 11/5/24, the majority chose someone other than Trump. It’s a win but without that strong mandate needed to push through most of his agenda. MAGAs may be rejoicing now, but we are all headed for turbulent times.
