Cape May - Daniel Penny did what he thought was right by getting involved in stopping the career criminal that was threatening the passengers on the NYC train. Did he go too far, perhaps, and he should receive a punishment for going too far but worst-case scenario should be probation and community service. He should not spend a day in prison. Sad but true, if he is not convicted of murder, there will be riots in the streets. Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail.
