Many aim to be non political, as their posts and careers span many elections. Sure, like any agency with in it, there is room for cuts and improvements. But vilifying and firing 50,000 of them and replacing with unqualified cronies is not a budget cut. It's retribution politics. Engines need nuts, bolts, and oil. Civil Servants are the guts of this country. Trump is not trying to improve or refine governing. He aims to destroy government.
