Avalon - Builders seem to be overly protected here. Can do no wrong and have no accountability. Who is watching out for the homeowners who happen to be here year-round. This is not acceptable and not fair to those who have to endure all the chaos from the new construction. There seem to be no rules and no regulations. Let's recreate and get addresses of the builders and restage in front of their homes. They need to be aware of all the nuisances that occur day to day. Someone has totally dropped the ball.
