Wildwood Crest - Dual elected positions are not allowed in NJ. I am curious as to how Will Morey can be a county commissioner and on the Wildwood Crest school board.
Moderator's Note:
NJ law: "40A:9-4. (1) It shall be unlawful for a person to hold simultaneously an elective county office and an elective municipal office." It does not reference school board offices.
