Wildwood - Well as a resident of the city of Wildwood , I was wondering if anyone in code enforcement or public works has seen the red spray paint at multiple intersections from Artic avenue at Taylor to Andrews at NJ to Baker and Pacific to Montgomery and Atlantic avenues red spray paint graffiti on intersections white stop lines and cross walks on power poles and on a few business signs. This has been 2 months now pleas paint over it !!! Is any one proactive at all in Wildwood city government or is it all complaint driven ? What about the falling down house on Otten's harbor ?
