I feel badly for the families of those who died in the mass shoo

Middle Township - I feel badly for the families of those who died in the mass shooting in Maine. I understand their need to blame the Army, but is it the Army's fault or the hospital treating the shooter that discharged him? Perhaps the article doesn't give enough details.
It is a shame that we can't 'contain' those who exhibit signs
such as the shooter's, but then we would have to have many hospital type buildings to do so. What a sad world we live in!
