I just read the article about Sea Isle changing the insurance fr

Sea Isle City - I just read the article about Sea Isle changing the insurance from state to private for the employees due to an increase that srtains the budget. My question is, if it increased 22% in 2022 and continued to rise each year why not do it back in 2022? The article said Ocean City did it in 2022 and saved the City money didn’t we have the same shared administrator then. If it was great for OC to do it why wasn’t great for Sea Isle to do it.
