The Cape May County "Open Spaces" program needs to live up to it

Middle Township - The Cape May County "Open Spaces" program needs to live up to it's name & start preserving open space again. There is plenty of land for sale around the county. The County should contact the owners of land that is for sale and offer them market value to buy and preserve the land. That's the only way to compete against developers and builders. The County should recontact land owners that applied to have their land preserved and were denied, which is ridiculous, and offer to buy and preserve their land. The County has to make preserving open space more of a priority than it has recently.
