Avalon - Why do people jam their large bags of household trash in cans near the Community Center, Playground and on the Boardwalk? We have a trash and recycling depo on 15th Street. Start using it and realize how you are being so selfish in denying those who have handheld trash to not be able to use nearby trash cans. Most offenders are sneaky and deposit late at night! Despicable!!!
