Cape May - I had a nightmare experience at Cape May's new library with my two small children. Pamphlets promoting the 'Most Challenged Books of 2023' were everywhere, especially in the children’s section, right at child height. These pamphlets pushed books with themes like "rape, incest, drugs, profanity, and sexually explicit content." Is this what we, as taxpayers, want our children exposed to? Adding to the concern, the centerpiece books on display in the children's section were explicitly anti-police, directly targeting young readers.
