Cape May - So who should pay for the upkeep of the beach, the lifeguards, the restrooms, etc. if we get rid of beach tags. The tags for a whole season are a bargain. Get out of your basement and enjoy. For those of us living here, we are fine with the small cost of a tag. Imagine the taxes we would pay without the sharing of costs for those that enjoy our beaches.
