Cold Spring - In years past, there have been many wonderful Ukrainian students who have visited/worked in our local seasonal and year round businesses through the J-1 program. The effect of the Russian invasion of their country upended everything for these young men and women. I believe that those of us who have either worked with or met them, think and pray for them often. Proud to say there have been many local fundraisers for Ukraine. I sincerely hope Rep. Jeff VD and Sen. candidate Curtis B, will use their contacts, votes (JVD) and influence, to support Ukraine at the highest levels in government.
