Marmora - I am a very small investor in a modular homes company.
My partner is in China because the steel we are going to use isn’t made anywhere in the U.S.
Everyone I know in any area of manufacturing has some component they have to get from China.
The Chinese have no problem with putting tariffs on our goods, making the regulations so onerous non Chinese products can’t be sold in China and/or out right stealing designs from U.S. products then making knock-offs.
When you hear KH or DNC cohorts saying the tariffs are taxes on U.S. tax payers, the assumption is no U.S. made goods are feasible.
