Pure curiosity..

Wildwood - Pure curiosity.. I thought to build new construction on certain parts of Pacific Avenue there had to be store front/ commercial space. If this is true, how are they building condos with no such space underneath where the Shamrock use to be. Let me guess they're using the side street as the "new" formal address!?!
