Stone Harbor - Just watched a commercial advertising an app that summarizes meetings for attendees and supplies them with deadlines and responsibilities. Why would council pass an ordinance taking away the employees right to record a meeting? Why would they take this tool out of their toolbox? It seems counterproductive and non transparent. Let’s use the tools available to us.
