I just read in the herald where a judge has dismissed an Avalon

Wildwood Crest - I just read in the herald where a judge has dismissed an Avalon case pertaining to Avalon lifeguards wanting a pension. Seems this group has worked 20 plus years for the town without paying into the pension system. Thankfully the judge dismissed the case. Perhaps this group should have thought this out 20 years ago and found other employment.
