Cape May - Is there anything that concerned citizens can do if a non profit organization is failing the target audience due to a weak Board of Directors, and a harmful President who has been in the position for almost a decade. A President who is only interested in the social currency of the title? There have been attempts to join the Board, but it fails due to a tight and connected inner circle. Signed, Losing Sleep
