Wildwood Crest - This afternoon, I was driving from Park Ave. going east. I stopped at the stop sign on New Jersey Ave, intending to cross. I looked to my left and no one was coming. As I started to go, a young man riding an electric scooter on the sidewalk at what must have been full speed came within inches of the front of my car. Charles Darwin sure knew what he was talking about.
