Why do the dopes who work at the Ocean City McDonald's shout out

Ocean City - Why do the dopes who work at the Ocean City McDonald's shout out the order numbers pretty loudly to be heard by customers who could only be 10 feet or 20 feet away at most?
Plus it's regardless of whether there's another customer standing right next to or right in front of the store employee. I'm in my 40s and this has never, never happened at any other McDonald's I've been to ever, ever, ever. No shouting for any reason. I know it might seem like a fine line- but, figure it out. It's a little too loud.
