Stone Harbor - II have a surprise for the spouter suggesting to sell the school. If you do that, the land goes to the State of New Jersey, NOT the Borough of Stone Harbor. They will sell it off for houses and keep the money. Let's just hope there's no political pressure on the state to make affordable housing units where the Stone Harbor School is.
