Ocean City - I would like to pose two questions for those wondering why their electric bills are rising at an astronomical rate (and will continue to do so). (1) Do the powers-at-be want average citizens using more or less electricity/energy to fight 'climate change'? (2) Does exorbitantly raising energy costs lead to average citizens using more or less electricity?
