Stone Harbor - Candidate pool in SH is now too small to get qualified candidates. The suggestions to allow second homeowners to run for elections has arrived. The current Council members have shown they are not competent in running our Borough.
They are not bad people they just aren't capable of running the Borough.
The second option is to combine SH with Avalon.
Think of all the cost savings both could save.
