Why throw Carney under the bus??!!

Stone Harbor - Why throw Carney under the bus??!! He was just elected to Counsel! He did not create, nor is responsible for this current mess! Blame the other current AND past Counsel members! They have acted irresponsibly in so many ways, it's hard to count!!  They should be embarrassed by their terrible decisions/actions!! Remember that Carney only votes to break a tie. Maybe his fresh ideas will help influence Counsel and change the current culture. Counsel MUST do the right thing and act and vote responsibly!  Carney does need to listen to ALL upcoming suggestions from the experienced consultants!
