Stone Harbor - 2 lifeguards on 82nd street beach capsized the boat on a weekend. It was dangerous and they clearly were unsure of what to do when it happened. What is the purpose of these boats? The guards aren't saving anyone in them and they almost got really hurt. They then let the waves push the boat in and it was a hazard to anyone who could have been swimming.
