Yes some people need a helping hand but many don't want to work

Cape May County - Yes some people need a helping hand but many don't want to work. They get free phones, electric, medical, gas etc. The people who work for low wages and middle income work their backsides to support the lazy freeloaders. This has to stop. If they receive free benefits they should have to take a weekly drug tests. Things happen people need help but not from one generations to the other. There are people of 3 generations on wellfare. We are all hurting except these people.
