When we were young we did anything and everything for our parent

Cape May County - When we were young we did anything and everything for our parents. The kids now a days don't want to help out with anything!!! But want us to give up everything for them? Yea no I'm not willing to do that. I love my children don't get me wrong but I'm not giving them everything, and anything. They need to learn life Teach your children the right ways of life, how to get a job, and how to pay their own bills, I'd rather leave that legacy, that we taught them how to live life, and sustain, not gave them everything and now they're scrounging to live. So yea no I'm not doing that as a parent. TY
