Stone Harbor - I was surprised to hear at the most recent council meeting the likely next mayor, Mr. Carney, speak so forcefully against shared services. He speaks often of addressing Stone Harbor's poor financial condition but by rejecting shared services, he may make employees happy but he doesn't make taxpayers happy. We need council to show some courage.
