Avalon - What’s going on with the parking spot curb painted yellow — the closest spot to the beach on the north side of the 10th street beach block, but just BEFORE the no parking sign. Looks super suss — furtive homeowner sabotage? Privatization of public property? Say it ain’t so. Does the Borough know about this? Maybe they should know. And if they do know, how can they let such an infraction slide?
