Whitesboro - I say give BLACK HERITAGE, which is self governance of Whitesboro. Let them establish independence! Only if they realize such a venture comes with the bills for in kind services and such that may be taken for free, but cost the township monies just the same. I guess the State Police would have jurisdiction, the fire dept is volunteer (for now) so I would think that is covered. They would have to hire a trash contractor or enter a shared service agreement with Middle Twp. Go ahead, don't discourage their dream.
