Can't something be done by SIC authorities in charge to stop our

Sea Isle City - Can't something be done by SIC authorities in charge to stop our Promenade from becoming a place where only young teenagers congregate every evening? Last Saturday night, July 9, it was difficult to walk along the Promenade because hundreds of teens were in groups. One idea I have is that every single light pole should be well lit at night! Right now, there are several poles that are not lit at all. Why is that? Surely light bulbs are replaceable. Get on it! Another idea, how about making the old school a teen center so young people actually have a spot of their own to hang out in?
