Sea Isle City - To the spouter inquiring about the fire department not being dispatched for accidents. They should be sent on every accident call however it’s the small town politics and egos that get in the way of what has the potential of being a bigger problem if things go wrong. They decided to allow the police department to make the call on whether to dispatch the fire department or not which is totally unacceptable I mean unless the police chief went through the fire academy and has the knowledge of what is or isn’t. It’s sad that they destroyed a great department in the process of doing things!
