The council decides not to help the chamber put on tourist event

Stone Harbor - The council decides not to help the chamber put on tourist events with taxpayers money. These Tuesday night concerts are for locals as well as tourists. They leave all the tents up and equipment out because they won't allow public works to help and the storm last night crushed them.
