Avalon - Hey bike riders no need to wear a helmet as no one is given out tickets for no helmets while riding a bike. HOW do I know? well earlier this week on a sunny morning I travel down thru Avalon from Sea Isle bridge to Stone Harbor and I counted 62 bike riders of all ages without helmets and 9 with helmets and 3 police cars along the same path that morning. SO I guess the law has been changed and you don't need a helmet to ride a bike in Avalon anymore . Do hope no one gets hurt
