Just when you think it can't get crazier...I saw a golf cart fly

Wildwood - Just when you think it can't get crazier...I saw a golf cart flying down the sidewalk on Park Blvd with the occupants hooting & hollering. Those darn kids, right? Nope. The man I saw clearly as they flew past was at least 60. A car doing the same thing would cause a police response as a suspected DUI or even an act of terrorism.
