Locals have nowhere to live because wealthy people buy all the housing to use as makeshift seasonal motels. There's several homeless encampments that are being hushed by the Tourism Board and are being criminalized when there's no other option. I've spoken to some of these folks and some have full-time jobs, just nowhere to live because people "invest" in short-term rentals. Make no mistake, you're undermining everything that was once good about Cape May County.
