Cape May and Lower Township Police need to start enforcing stand

Cape May - Cape May and Lower Township Police need to start enforcing standard traffic laws on these golf cart operators. Children that are supposed to be in child restraint seats, EV's that are not allowed on roads with speed limits above 25 mph, and what appears to be not of age operators. Some one is going to be killed and it's shame that the police departments are too busy to prevent these dangerous situations.
