Upper Township - Dear Moderator, regarding the spout about "locals", your still a local when you visit Atlantic County. It's not far away enough for someone not to still count as a local. Maybe it's just me but if you are in South Jersey, your a local no matter where your at in South Jersey. If I visit North Jersey then I am no longer a local. I do spend money when I visit other places on vacation so we all help each other out in this world. I don't claim an area couldn't survive without my money. I use common sense and respect everywhere like I do at home. Trash belongs in a trash can everywhere.
