Why is there a big difference in the starting police salaries in

North Wildwood - Why is there a big difference in the starting police salaries in our towns compared to the Bay and Bridge Authority and North Jersey. This is why we loose the officers the taxpayers pay for. Other towns only have 7 or 8 steps not 15 or 17. We need to change the system to keep our good officers. That and clean house starting with the political deadheads. Who don't even wear uniforms. Now that is a joke. I am all for bringing in outside Chief that is fair pro-police and cares for citizens. Stop being like Murphy who creates the problems for the police.
