Wildwood Crest - There definitely is a need for more police presence on the WW boardwalk. People come to have a nice family time, not to be scared away by unruly teens and young adults who obviously plan to cause trouble--it is not accidental. In addition the curfew for those under 18 should be backed up to 10pm, not midnight. Nothing good happens late at night.
