Wildwood - I've lived in this town 65 years, my entire life. We never had to declare a state of emergency and close the boardwalk! This is a reflection on the steady decline of our police department. It's been in decline since the late 90s. Maybe the mayor should pay more attention to the management of the police department and less time on the forced replacement of cracked sidewalks, driveways and other concrete.
