Cape May County - It would be nice if the superintendent of Cape May Tech / Special Services publicized or acknowledged the hard working staff and amazing students who participated in the Special Services Prom. In addition, how could she allow freshman/sophomores to attend the “traditional” Junior/Senior prom?
