I'm baffled.

Stone Harbor - I'm baffled. Council just proved they care more about personal agendas then they do the town and people that elected them. They are comfortable turning down a donation that could have gone towards the playgrounds just because they don't like who it is coming from. While some would call the amount chicken feed it still would have helped.
