Riddle me this Batman?

Lower Township - Riddle me this Batman? WHY is the speed limit going from Wawa to LeGates farm market on Bayshore rd. 40 MPH and then 45mph. Now, on the SAME stretch of road, in front of the houses, coming from Legates to the Wawa is 35 MPH... 40 mph going North and 35 mph going South? No rhyme or reason. So will you get a speeding ticket for doing 40 in a 35, if you turn around and look back? Hahahahaha. I think somebody was high or drinking when they put the signs in .
