I have watched many of my children and grandchildren play sports

Lower Township - I have watched many of my children and grandchildren play sports but this year has opened my eyes to the coaching at LCMR. They coach to one person or group. When has is it ever been acceptable to let a Varsity group leave a game when they are done playing and not stay to support their TEAMMATES? We are supposed to be creating leaders not elitists. You want to build programs? It starts from the top down. Sportsmanship is key.
