Cape May County - Here is a great idea. Give the prisoners at the prison located on the Crest Haven exit an opportunity to serve the community. The dog shelter could use volunteers to walk, feed, help clean, play with the dogs. Let the prisoners do this. Also, there is a lot of trash on the on and off ramps of the parkway and down Shell Bay ave and the pavilion. Let he prisoners pick up the trash and beautify the community. Give people a sense of pride and a reason to get reintegrated into life outside of incarceration. I'm sure there are plenty of other community needs they could help with.
