Didn't the City of Cape May ban Glyphosate on City owned lawns ?

Cape May - Didn't the City of Cape May ban Glyphosate on City owned lawns ? Most of the drainage in the goes directly into the ocean. Why not ban this toxic chemical from the island completely and not allow residential usage ? Want to grow Kentucky Blue Grass, move to Kentucky !
